Job Responsibilities:

1.Evaluate and verify newmaterials, new processes, and new products. Complete the processing ofengineering batches with guaranteed quality and quantity according to thedelivery requirements of customers' products, and provide data reports.

2.Conduct Design of Experiments(DOE) on products as required by customers, identify the optimalparameters, and track the reliability tests of the products.

3.Be responsible forformulating and implementing the production process flow and processstandards of products, compiling operation instructions, organizingcontinuous optimization of product manufacturing processes, processparameters, and material applications, formulating and modifying thematerial consumption quotas of products, providing machine, material,method, tool, and engineering training services for the production line,and promoting the process of engineering standardization.

4.Analyze and solve the productquality problems complained by customers, formulate and implementcorrective and preventive measures, promptly handle the abnormal problemsin the production line such as CAR (Corrective Action Request), MRB(Material Review Board), and those related to process engineering, andestablish improvement measures with a focus on prevention and systematicerror-proofing.

5.Save costs by researchinglow-cost materials, prolonging the service life of consumables, andimproving efficiency.

6.Optimize the debugging ofdifficult processes that occur during the production process to ensure thesmooth progress of the production process.

7.Regularly conduct process andequipment knowledge and skill training for technical personnel tocontinuously improve their ability to analyze and solve problems.

8.Confirm and handle productionabnormalities, supervise the implementation of production improvementmeasures, control the process yield and OS (Overall Satisfaction), andtake the lead in reporting abnormalities to customers.

9.Be responsible for theoperation, maintenance, inspection, calibration of visual inspectionequipment, and the compilation of documents and records such as processcontrol and standard operation.

10.Organize the identificationand evaluation of equipment, provide suggestions for equipmentintroduction and selection, draft the technical agreement for equipmentprocurement, the technical requirements for special spare partsprocurement, and provide technical drawings for spare parts processing.

11.Be good at coordinating andcommunicating with external departments, suppliers, and customers, andactively cooperate to complete various external tasks.

12.Control the consumption ofequipment and spare parts and the maintenance costs, summarize and analyzethe consumption situation monthly, and complete the annual targets.

13.Be responsible for thehandling, installation, debugging, acceptance, data recovery, and trackingand coordinating the solution of remaining problems of equipment, molds,and auxiliary facilities.
